When - Sunday 28th May 2023  Time – 11am to 3 15.pm  (See schedule for class times and sauna availability) Studio Address - Soul Haven; Yoga + Pilates, 4/15 Kenji St Mornington Herbal tea and light refreshments provided BYO Towels and water bottles As a player of the Mornington Football and Netball Club, we invite you to come and join us for a complimentary restore and recover day.  You will have the option to enjoy the three complimentary practices of Yoga, Reformer Pilates and/or an Infrared Sauna & Red-Light Therapy session in the one beautiful studio. This is an opportunity to experience the variety of class styles, instructors and experiences that our studio has to offer.  The open day will be exclusive to the MFNC so you can give yourself time for mindful movement, self-care and an opportunity to come and see the studio in action.   Yoga Classes with Sarah Coles 11am    Vinyasa Flow 28 degrees – 20 students Uncover the true essence of flowing yoga in a safe, nurturing environment. Options for poses and modifications will be given to build a safe, connected practice.  This holistic class is structured with accessible yoga poses and an emphasis on linking breath with movement to nourish and connect the mind, body and Soul. 12.15 pm   Yin Yoga - 20 students In this 60 min class, you will be guided into supported and gentle Yin-style poses which are held for 3-5 minutes to unravel stored emotional, mental and physical tension.  As fascia gradually releases, let yourself relax and unwind with this deeply nourishing and grounding practice. The is the perfect class to replenish and nourish both your mind and body.   Pilates - Reformer Flow with Jordan Moore Our signature Reformer Flow class is designed to give you a full-body workout using our Reformer Pilates beds. This is 50 minutes of powerful, toning exercises that target your entire body.  Experience fun and creative movement, a variety of props to add in and good tunes - You'll leave feeling strong and energised! 11.15am – 8 students 12.15pm – 8 students 1.15pm - 8 students 2.15pm – 8 students Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy. Our saunas use infrared heating panels that emit light, helping your body to detoxify; giving a deeper cleansing experience. Both of our saunas are equipped with the option to add red light therapy to your session for additional benefits.
